A: Got Comm displayed for more than a minute usually means one of a couple things.
1. Dusty or bad cable connection the MNGP, try unplugging and replunging both ends multiple times
2. Recently updated firmware and forgot to update the MNGP, Update the MNGP now
3. Bad MNGP or Bad Control, perform a Factory Hardware Reset to see if clears. if not do RMA as we do not know if its the MNGP or Control Board
