A: MODBUS Register at ADDRESS 4398 gets jacked up causing this. The fix is to set it to ZERO (0) using the following instructions:
Go to the TWEAKS menu, press Enter
press the upper right rectangular button,
press and hold the left arrow button, and then depress the upper right rectangular button two times
Page will show ADDRESS on left, VALUE on right
Use up/down arrow buttons to find ADDRESS of 4398
VALUE should be 0. I suspect the value will be something other than zero. If so, depress right arrow button to highlight the value, then down arrow down to 0.
press and hold upper left rectangular button, then depress Enter button to save the changes. The display should have said "DATA SAVED
Lastly press Status to return to main page. Check to see if INPUT is around 2/3 battery Voltage now.
