A: Here are several possibilites....
Heat and temperature issues can cause fans to run excessively.
Ensure that the Turbo fan wire is not pinched at the top of the front cover.
Check for dust/debris in the fan housing.
Try to power cycle Charge controller, at the start, there should be a 1-3second fan noise at boot up.
Check air flow around, in, and through the 1 inch knockout.
